Event Schedule

Friday, October 3: Arrive in style at JL Bars private airstrip. Explore the resort, relax by the infinity pool, or enjoy spa services. Evening welcome reception with

cocktails and live music.

Saturday, October 4: Morning Kodiak group flights and training. Afternoon activities include guided hunts, horseback riding, or family-friendly adventures. Evening gala dinner with exclusive speakers.

Sunday, October 5: Casual breakfast, optional morning flights, and departures by 11 AM.

Pricing & Registration
- Adult: $1,500 per person plus taxes
- Immediate family (spouses / children): $500 per person
- Additional guests: $1,500 per person
- Includes: Exclusive access to KOPS membership, 3 days/2nights of luxury accommodations, transport between runway and lodge, dinners on Friday & Saturday night. (not included: alcohol, select activities and jet fuel)
- Deposit total :$1,495 - $495 for KOPS membership and $1,000 toward room rate. Remainder due 14 days prior to event.
